How is Dream to Learn different?

POSTED IN: My DTL blog: Chris' blog

I've been giving some thought to the question of differentiation.  It's something Ryan and I talked a lot about in the beginning, but recently the focus has been on implementing the features to allow us to get to alpha, and that question has slipped to the back burner.  In my experience with startups, the question of differentiation naturally recurs periodically, as your product becomes better defined, as the market changes, and generally as you get more information.

In general, I think there are four things make Dream to Learn different:

  • our users,
  • our communities,
  • our values, and
  • our focus on online learning communities

I've written a document with my thoughts in more detail.
