Dream to Learn is shutting down...
We are very sorry to say that Dream to Learn will be shutting down as of December 28th, 2019. If you have content that you wish to keep, you should make a copy of it before that date.
The cookbook will focus on seasonal, vegetarian, and regional recipes connected to my own personal history and more generally to the Italian way of approaching food. As part of this project I'll be traveling to Italy -- in particular to Tuscany and Sardinia -- to reconnect with my roots and to find more recipes that express the link between food and territory.
Immediately below, you'll find links to my blog, "The cookbook journey", and also a folder of "Recipes," which I'm constantly updating.
I'd love to find partners who can help me in this journey. You can help by trying my recipes and giving me feedback -- are the recipes easy to follow? Do they work for you? You can also help by giving me your comments and feedback.
If you want to help, you can start by clicking on the 'ask to become a partner' link at the bottom of the page.
Of course you can! You told me of your sister and her love for Italy once, it would be lovely to have her opinion and we could chat in Italian too :)
I’m really excited to see your recipes! Thank you so much for letting me try them. I’m guessing it will be easy to veganize them - I’ve got a lot of experience at that. We are excited to introduce you all to Finn when we see you in a few months. Can I share some of these with my sister? She is also vegan and a she loves Italy and loves to cook. She has become pretty proficient in Italian.
